  • Mingling with Music

    The 2018 John O’Brien Bush Festival officially kicks off at 5pm at the Narrandera Arts & Community Centre (across from the park). Enjoy finger food, wine and mingling, with unbeatable entertainment provided by Grant Luhrs, Karen Lynne & Pat Drummond, and and the Poet & the Harpist. From 5pm to 7pm. Cost $25.

  • Bush Poetry Competition

    Our annual Bush Poetry Competition will be held Friday night, from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, at the CRC Plaza Theatre in Bolton Street. Each competitor will perform one serious and one humorous poem. The Jim Angel Memorial Award, sponsored by Rotary Narrandera, will be awarded for the best performance of an original poem. Cost $10.

    One of the signature events of Narrandera’s John O’Brien Bush Festival, the Tribute to ANZAC will include performances from all the Festival performers. It will be held from 10am to 12pm at the CRC Plaza Theatre in Bolton St. Cost $10.

    Board the Lions Train outside Narrandera Visitor Information Centre at 12:30pm sharp for an optional tour of the town. The tour will run from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, and will be repeated on Sunday for those who miss out. Cost $5 (not included in Festival wristbands).
